Almost in the very center of the city, in the direct vicinity of the Odra river boulevards, Verity Development is going to construct Verity UpTown apartment house.
Verity UpTown is a very outgoing residential project designed by one of the most recognized architectural studios in Wrocław – Maćków Pracownia Projektowa. It will be constructed vis-à-vis the 4-star Park Plaza hotel. The apartments will have a beautiful view of the Słodowa Island and Cathedral Island. Its location by the Odra river boulevards is said to be the main asset of this new project undertaken by Verity Development.
Also its architecture and unique design will distinguish Verity UpTown among other apartment houses being developed in the city. The façade of the building will be made of hand-made brick, natural stone, glass and aluminum elements. Variety of façade layers underlines function zones of the building: commercial space on the groundfloor, residential space on the upper floors and duplex apartments on the top level of the building. The building will accommodate 65 apartments with floor area from 45 to 120 sqm. The duplex apartments will have green terraces. The groundfloor will be designated for new cafés and restaurants.
