On 28th April 2009, Fontaine Residence Sp. z o.o, a company owned by Verity Development, obtained a building permit for its residential project in Lodz, at 12 Fabryczna Street. The plot is beautifully located just within 1 km from Piotrkowska Street, in the middle of Źródliska Park and in the prestigious historical neighbourhood.
