Developers start building again
Verity Development, a company managed by Ali Dadressan, has recently begun construction of an apartment house to be located on Drobnera street. The building will be 6-storeys high. It will comprise restaurants and café shops on the groundfloor and apartments and duplexes on the upper floors.
The project should be completed in one year time. The company hopes to find potential buyers. Due to the crisis, few residential projects were carried out so the demand for apartments should be high (…).
