Function-wise the building will be divided into commercial and residential zones which will be distinguished by use of different finishing materials: window shopping displays on the groundfloor, lime stone in the last floor and clinker bricks – the leading finishing material of the façade – in the residential zone. The completion date is estimated for the second half of 2010.

Verity Rivage
Another project located within the Kępa Mieszczańska district – Verity Rivage – has been implemented on Maksa Borna Square in Wrocław.
