A new project located on Drobnera street in Wrocław has been commenced by Verity Development.
Verity UpTown apartment house will consist of 7 storeys and 65 functional and spacious apartments with area ranging from 45 to 120 square meters and from 2 up to 4 rooms.
The top floor apartments will have two levels and terraces-garden area. In order to make the living in the building more comfortable, it will be equipped with lifts which operate between all floors including the underground garage level. In addition to that the building’s facade will be finished with Antiqua and Rustica clinker bricks which will add character to the building.
Verity UpTown project is intended for people who would like to live in the very city center. The project is only a few steps from cinemas, theaters, the Market Square, Cathedral Island, shopping malls and academic centers. In addition to that the building will accommodate shops and commercial premises on its groundfloor. It is also worth mentioning that the project’s neighborhood is very charming. The riverside boulevard which surrounds the Old Town and the Sand Island makes up a perfect strolling, jogging and biking location. The building has been designed by a Wrocław-based architects` office Maćków Pracownia Projektowa. Its developer offers three finishing standards: Silver, Gold and Platinum. Moreover, its future residents will be offered advice of an interior designer.
The apartments will be rendered for use in the second quarter of 2010.
The building will be constructed in a modern technology and use the best quality materials. Contractors will install wooden window frames, external blinds and certified anti-burglar doors. The building will be connected to all necessary installations. The heating will be provided from the city’s heating system. The apartments will have installed convection radiators and towel rails in bathrooms, individual utilities meters, electric sockets, light switches, power supply for electric cooker as well as telecommunication sockets in every room. In order to ensure safety for the future residents, the building will be also equipped with a video-entry phone. In addition to that a reception desk will operate 24/7 on the groundfloor of the building. The apartments` gross prices vary from 11,5 to 16 thousand PLN for a square meter. An underground parking place costs additional 42 thousand PLN gross.
