Verity UpTown construction contract signed
On March 24th 2010 a contract was concluded between Avans Investments sp. z o.o. and PORR Polska SA for construction works on the plot at 12–14 Drobnera Street in Wroclaw. The contractor is obliged to provide a detailed design of excavation protection, perform excavation works, protect excavations, perform all construction works till the core stage of the building and external installations. Commencement of works has been planned for 24th of March 2010 and they are supposed to be terminated till the 28th of February 2011. Construction of Verity UpTown residential building will be completed in November 2011.
